Cannot convert pdf to docx

Question

I cannot convert pdf to docx. This is not a file issue since the same file is converted in the online Adobe tool.

This is the message I get:

Also, I have checked for updates and I get the message that my Adobe is updated to the latest version.

Please advise how to resolve the problem. I cannot depend on the online tool

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

Have you started experiencing this issue recently or earlier as well? What is the version of the Acrobat Application you are using? Go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure it's updated to the latest version 25.01.2084X. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Try to repair the installation (Win Only) from the help menu and see if that works.
