Question

Cannot convert URL to PDF with any fully updated browser.

I've been trying to convert a URL to PDF (with usable hyperlinks). However, Adobe instead makes a blank white PDF that says in bold black letters "Your Browser Is No Longer Supported. To view this website and enjoy a better online expereince, update your browser for free." Followed by a series of links taking me to random sites to download Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox.

Here's the issue. ALL of these browsers are up to date on my computer (I've made sure to triple check). I've tried with Safari, Google Chrome, and Firefox. Still the same issues.

What am I missing?

You are missing the essential. The website is displaying that message, not Acrobat. The website checks the browser, finds that Acrobat is unsupported and displays that message. Acobat takes the message and proudly presents it to you, where you think the browser you used to browse was tge problem.

Don't convert the URL, browse it and convert the content to a PDF.
