Cannot deactivate Adobe Acrobat XI Pro. De-activate option is not available under help

I recently got a new laptop and would like to transfer my old license to the new computer. All of the forums say to click on Help, then De-activate but for Acrobat XI Pro, that is not an option.

How do I de-activate so the license is available for the new laptop?

click help>deactivate or sign-out

if deactivate/sign out are present but grayed out and unclickable, you've already deactivated.
