Cannot display content

Question

We've some user using newest adobe reader with win11 and pdf will become this screenshot.
We already installed all of font but it's not work.

We tried to clear cache but only keep few time and then it's back.

Could some one help this issue?

Hello,

I hope you're doing well, and we apologize for the delayed response and the trouble.

Please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine: 24.005.20421 Optional update, Feb 24, 2025. Check for any pending updates from the Menu > help > check for updates, install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and check. For more information, see this: https://adobe.ly/4ii7KJf.

If the issue persists with the latest build, could you please share the error message shown in the screenshot, the affected file, and the machine's logs for further investigation?
