Cannot do anything in Adobe

I purchased Adobe on 11/9/23 but every time I try to do something in Adobe it asks me to purchase.  I have done the install & update from the emails I received after the purchase but that doesn't help.  Does anyone know what I need to do to access Adobe.  Thank you.

Adobe is NOT a software but a company that sells alot of different software. So WHAT Software did you purchase and where?

I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro. And when I open a PDF & want to edit it, I get a pop up box that says I have to subscribe.
