Cannot download Adobe on my new computer

I am currently logged into my account on a new computer but cannot download any of the apps.  The message I am getting is that my request has been sent to my Admin but I am the owner of the account and am not receiving any request.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble caused.

 

If you are experiencing issues with installing the application from the Creative Cloud application, please try uninstalling it. You may use the steps suggested here: https://adobe.ly/3N1ibX6.

Reboot the machine and then reinstall Creative Cloud using the steps suggested here: https://adobe.ly/3XYq2qS

Once done, sign in using our Adobe ID and then try to install the applications.
