Cannot download Adobe Reader Free due to greyed out 'version'

For the past few days, I have been unable to download Adobe PDF Reader Free because the 'version' drop down menu is greyed out and cannot be used. I have tried Firefox, Edge, and Chrome. I disabled my ad blocker. It worked perfectly fine a few days ago. What to do?
