Cannot fill but can sign

I could fill forms before, but today this option disappeared from the Fill&Sign section. I can still sign, but not fill. My husband opened the same form on his computer and he could easily fill it. I pay for my Adobe subscription, so I don't understand why this problem is happening. My computer is MacOS Catalina, version 10.15.17. Adobe is all updated.
