Cannot find or create the font 'Ella,bold'. Some characters may not display or print correctly

Dear Adobe Support Team,

Appreciate your guidance on the aforementioned error message, was it due to font not present on my computer system? Please let me know the solution for this case.

With regard to your font problem, it seems that the font either has not been embedded or has embedding restrictions.

Was this a file you received or was it created by you?
