Cannot Install Acrobat CC. Are there logs that can tell the problem is?

New Windows 10 build.

I have paid cloud subscription.

Photoshop and Bridge install fine.

Acrobat CC will not. I did the complete uninstall and used the Adobe cleaner tool.

I just tried again and got

Exit Code: 7
