Hi~

I had been successfully install acrobat (from CS 6) on my laptop few years ago.

After I replace a new harddisk on the same laptop, I can still install other softwares from CS 6 but only not acrobat.

Here is the default summary generated after failing the installation progress.

Could somebody tell me what is possible to fix this? Thanks!!

Sam

I downloaded the installer file. I could install the other like PS and AI but not the acrobat.

Thanks for your advice but I tried some of the steps of your link but it did not help...
