Cannot Install Acrobat Pro DC.error code : P 201

Please help me,

I purchase the Acrobat Pro DC,

and already download the program installation : Adobe Pro DC set up

But

When I try to install it comes upp Error message P201??

I have tried to turn of the firewall- STILL the same error message.

how can i install this product,

coz i already purchase and payment..
