Cannot login to Acrobat Reader on both mobile and mac

Question

When I try to login Acrobat Reader either on my mac or android phone. It shows this error: You do not have access to this service. Please contact your IT Administrator to gain access, or try to sign in with an Adobe ID

Login with another account seems okay. Can someone help? Thanks!

Please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/error-You-do-not-have-access-to-this-service-please-contact-your-it-administrator-to-gain-access-or-try-to-sign-in-with-an-adobe-id-fill-sign.html and see if that works for you.
