Cannot open many PDF files with Adobe Acrobat Reader anymore

Hi,

I'm having issues openning some (many) PDF files: the PDF files wouldn't open using Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Some of the files that fail to open can be openned from Google Chrome.

My Adobe version is 2023.006.20360.

We have noticed two different type of errors:

- "There was a problem reading this document (14)"

- "There was a problem reading this document (109)"

Other colleagues are experiencing the same error.

We are focusing on some PDFs that we generate from a third party software (Microsoft Business Central).

Has anything changed on the PDF format?

I've tried removing my Adobe's preferences from the appdata folder but doesn't seem to help.

Any help is welcome.
