Cannot open pdfs in Acrobat version 19.010.20064

Since my Acrobat did an update during the last week, I have been unable to open any of my pdf documents on my Mac.  I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Creative Cloud / Adobe Acrobat, without any success.  I can click on the icon, but although it registers on screen as being active, I can't actually see the Acrobat page and if I click to open a file from my list of files, nothing happens.  Please help - this is driving me crazy!

Hi Carley,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

As you have mentioned you can open the application. However, when you open a PDF, it does not show on screen.

Please try the steps provided below:

Open a few files with Acrobat, go to Window -> Cascade -> Tile

Check if that brings up the PDFs.

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Meenakshi
