Cannot print - Creating Adobe PDF form's Document Name field blank

Question

When trying to print to PDF from another program, the "Creating Adobe PDF" dialog freezes.  Worth noting is that the "Document Name" field is blank (see attached).  Also printing to other PDF providers works fine, so it is Adobe specific.

Which version of Acrobat are you running, and on what operating system? Is your version of Acrobat supported by the operating system version? If so, try to run a repair of Acrobat, and if that does not work, uninstall and re-install Acrobat, but perform the uninstall with the Acrobat Cleaner tool: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html
