Cannot print or save PDF in Adobe Acrobat 2017

Question

I could not print either on my printer or save as PDF using Acrobat. About month or two ago it started. But I can do that using Adobe Reader. If I try to print it stated you have to chage to using document font. I did that without luck. At this time I have to close Acrobat and open Reader to print.
What is happening?

Would you mind sharing the screenshot or the screen recording of what happened?

Try repairing the application or ensuring that the application is updated to the latest version. In Acrobat, go to Help > Repair Installation or check for updates.
