The team was aware of the issue, and fixed it with the subsequent releases. Would you mind updating the app to the latest version (2024.005.2039x) and let us know if the issue is fixed?
Root Cause:
The issue occurs because the font is not included in the PostScript (PS) file.
When the distiller tries to convert the file to PDF, it looks for the font in the system folder.
However, cloud fonts, which are specific to Microsoft 365, are not available for other applications, leading to the problem.
Workaround:
The current workaround is to instruct the print system to embed the fonts directly into the PostScript file.
