Cannot Print PDF

all of a sudden i cannot print anything off..I have always been able to print from my HP Envy4524. Now pdf keeps appearing and i cannot get anything printed.

I cannot print anything at the moment. It keeps going to PDF. What can I do. I have Windows10. and until now have had no problem. A screen keeps coming up wanting me to buy some PDF program. I am 77 so any help needs to be in a simple to understand form.Many thanks Ann

Hi verar46073568,

Could you please confirm the Adobe application you are using to print the PDF.

Please share the exact steps you do to print the document.

If possible, can you share the screenshot of the screen that comes up asking you to buy the program?

To share the screenshot, you need to click on insert image icon shown below in the screenshot.

Then browse the location where you have saved the screenshot and open it.

Now click on insert image to add it in the reply.
