Cannot print to pdf using Adobe Acrobat 2020

I have a version of Adobe Acrobat 2020 on my Win 10 laptop with a legal activation code. I've never been able to print to pdf since I purchased it several years ago but generally worked around it using Microsoft print to pdf or another pdf writer I have. On one occasion prior, I tried to troubleshoot the error "Your request could not be completed. Adobe Acrobat license has either expired or not been activated" by searching for fixes but was unsuccessful. At that time, I even uninstalled then reinstalled the program from the disc.

I've recently tried and failed again and am hoping I can get some additional ideas to try from the community. I have closed Acrotray.exe in task manager, temporary shut off my McAfee real time scanning and web protect before repairing AA 2020 [Have done this step numerous times]. I have also tried the SLStore and SLCache recommendations mentioned in some posts. Neither of these fixed the problem. I have tried when AA2020 is open and when it is not (from within another program). I have made Adobe pdf the default printer and I tried to download a new driver but the only thing that shows up is about six copies of Adobe pdf converter. I'm able to create a pdf from file from within the program.

The program seems to be properly logged in and functioning. When I check status, I see usage as Windows and Firefox and see the serial number.

Any help would be appreciated. If there is some relevant information I've neglected to include, please let me know.
