Cannot request e-signatures

I am trying to send PDFs for e-signature on the browser site, but I keep getting this message: "Please contact your administrator to access this feature." I am an administrator and I use this feature all the time. I tried logging out and logging back in, tried disabling the e-signing settings and re-enabling them. It seems to be working on the desktop version, though.

We have checked your account. It shows as active and working fine.

Please let us know if you are still experiencing the issue. 

 

You may try clearing the cache and cookies for the browser. Or try using the alternate or new incognito window on Chrome. Check if that helps.

Hi, unfortunately it's still giving me the same message. I tried in an incognito browser (Google Chrome) and deleted all the cache and cookies. I also tried it in Firefox. Any other suggestions?

If you are still experiencing the issue, please let us know if you recently changed your Adobe ID (email address). 

Try signing out of the account and then relaunching the browser. Open this link: https://secure.echosign.com/public/login. Then, try signing in using your Adobe ID and password. Check if that works.
