Cannot request e-signatures from web

I am experiencing an inconsistency between the Adobe Acrobat desktop application and the web interface. While the "Request E-signatures" feature works perfectly on the desktop app, I frequently encounter the error message "Please contact your admin to access this feature" when attempting the same action via the web browser.

Since the feature works on my desktop, my permissions should be active. Could you please investigate why the web portal is intermittently failing to recognize my access rights and advise on a fix?

    We were experiencing server issues with Acrobat Cloud at the time you posted this query.
