Cannot save PDF files in the mapped drive - error say use by other users even no one is using it

Hi,

Suddenly , Our users cannot save pdf files when modifying pdf files it says cannot save becuase it opens in other user even the file is newly created. It only allows to save as and that time you can save the files but when you open again the files cannot be save and again you have to save file. I already disable the protected files in enhance security but cannot fix the issue. Please advise if you encounter the same. Thanks
