Cannot saved edited document

Question

I am trying to saved and edited PDF document that I am working with.  After making edits to the document and trying to save it, I get this message."The document could not be saved. Cannot save to the filename.  Please save the document with a different name or in a different folder."   This didn't happen in the past.   What do I need to do to save this file with the same filename and in the same folder?

Are you trying to save the PDF to a network shared drive? If yes, please refer to a similar discussion (https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/error-while-saving-a-pdf-file-to-a-mapped-drive/td-p/5270686) and see if that works for you.
