Cannot see comments I put on PDF file? Highlight is still there but no comments

I added some comments on a PDF file via Microsoft Edge Reader, then saved it and sent it to another person. You can still see the yellow highlights on the texts but the comments are now gone. Is there are way to see these comments/annotations on Acrobat as I cannot work my way to find them via Edge?

    What PDF plugin did you add them with in Edge?

    Not sure if there were any plugs used, at least to my knowledge. I simply highlighted them and then chose the "Add comment" which comes with the Edge reader. I'll include here the first page of the file with the highlight, maybe you can take a look and decipher this mystery lmao.
