Cannot sign in with Internet connection alive. Keep failing.

Please let me know why this problem is happening? I cannot use Acrobat, though I can use other applications.

Please check your connection with Adobe servers and try to repair the host file manually as described here https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html and see if that works for you.
