Cannot sign with topaz

Trying to sign with Adobe on PDFs

Digitally sign is greyed out and when i try other signature methodsd I get a warning about  deprecated SHA1 algorithm. When I click ok and it resets back and wont let me sign at all. I tried prepare document and  just clicking on the signature field, it says the same thing.  
Not sure where to go now.

Windows 11
Adobe Pro 64bit

Ok I got it to go past continue now and it signs, how ever digitally sign is still Greyed out.  Is it important
I downloaded Signplus 64 instead of the 32 and it works now.

How did you get it to go past the "continue"? mine just resets back to the document with no dialog
