Cannot Upload PDF to Adobe Document Cloud Online

Using adobe acrobat reader as well as the free version of the document cloud to keep some PDF files. This is the link where I access my files in the cloud.

https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents?mv2=ahome&locale=en

I can see my existing uploaded PDFs there (which I uploaded by clicking the upload button in windows acrobat reader).

But I cannot upload new files by clicking on the New button. Whenever I try to upload a PDF, the error message I get reads

Can't upload 1 item[s]. Only .psd, .ai, .xd file formats are supported.

Even though all existing files there were uploaded as PDF. What does it mean? How to upload new files there from the web interface? Should I go to some other link?

Sign in using your Adobe ID and password. Then go to Home and click on Upload files. You may refer to the steps suggested under Upload files in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/files.html

It doesn't work from a browser, I am not sure if it ever did.

It does work from Adobe Acrobat, at least on Android. Open PDF, click "" in the top-right corner, and click "Save to Adobe cloud storage" in the menu that scrolls up (you might need to scroll down to find the item).
