Cannot view pdf faxes

At work we have a subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro.

I receive faxes in my email, that are PDF form

For the last 12+ months, I have had no problem-opening those faxes in my PDF on my desktop, saving them to another name, viewing them etc.

All of a sudden, I can no longer view the faxes when I open them. I can see the first page, the remainder are blank. Maye page 7 or 8 I can see, then the rest are blank. This only occurs in my app.

If I view the file in Chrome or when I go to print--I can see everything.

HELP!

Check for and install Acrobat updates (under the Help menu). Check your page display preferences for Overprint Preview, set this to "Always". Use only Acrobat to view and save the faxes, as some applications, such as Apple Preview, can damage pdfs.

Thank you for your reply. All of this is in place, but still having the issue.

Can other users see the pages in Acrobat or Reader? If so, try re-installing Acrobat on your computer, resetting the preferences. If other users are also having problems with blank pages, can you upload a sample pdf, so we can take a look?
