cant adjust form field sizes when i am in prepare form

when i am in prepare form in adobe pro in a form i was previously able to adjust the form field size by dragging the the double arrow to make it bigger or smaller it does nothing. Same goes for if i edit a pdf and add text field box and try to adjust its size i cant adjust it either and i was able to do it before

Rather than resizing the fields one by one, you should use the size and alignment options provided by Acrobat:

In which version of Adobe Acrobat Pro is this happening?

What operating system are you on?

Are both Acrobat and your operating system updated to reflect their current versions?

If you're on Windows, What happens if you repair the installation?

Is this happening with every PDF document that you try to work with on Acrobat or does it happens with that document only?

Please let us know what happens when you try to change the form field size. Does this happen with this particular PDF form, or with all of them?

Could you please share the screen recording of the steps you take? Also, share the Acrobat and OS version numbers you are using.

Just checked and now for some reason it seems to be working now. thanks to everyone for replying

I have no issues doing exactly what you said with this form. Try creating another field and see if it works. Try another form.
