Cant cancel my annual subscription for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

hi Admin


I have checked my subscription and noted that I have ended my last annual subscription last month. I tried to cancel the plan, but it kept looping back to Customer care page and asking me to contact Customer Support centre!


Can you help me with the cancellation? I have changed a new laptop and it came with the free annual subscription. Can someone helped as this deduction is non-reimbursable by the new company! Thank you for your help!!!! !
