cant create pdf from excel document

I am trying to create a PDF from and excel 2007 document. The program continually tells me I have to install more files. I follow the prompts, it seems to get stuck, the repair/ install updates stops and I still cannot create the PDF. I tried uninstalling then reinstalling but still have the same issue.

I tried the same install on another computer and it worked fine, I think I may need to use the cleaner tool on this computer to make it work. I hope this helps someone.
