Cant install Acrobat DC in CC

Question

I'ev tried everything, use the tools from adobe tools, using the cmd to check the system files, but nothing works  Exit Code: 7
Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example,  ERROR: DW003, DW071 ...

I just fixed, I just have to create the installer carpet in the windows folder, and delete the temp folder, and it just installed normally, thanks.

Hi Jose,

As per the description given above, I believe you have been trying to install the Adobe Acrobat from Creative cloud desktop installer. Which is getting stuck in between and reverting this (attached above) error, right?

Try the following steps and see if that helps-

1- Sign Out of Creative Cloud desktop app and then click on File>Exit Creative Cloud

2- Download the installer directly from here: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html
