I have windows 11 pro.  I am attempting to pull a pdf file from the state of NH tax department without success.  I downloaded the Adobe Pro package.  I am currently on day 3 of the 7 day free use.  I have added the Adobe extension to Chrome.  Still can't open the file from the NH website.  I can pull up other Pdf files.  It says I need a newer version of Adobe Reader.  I am not sure how that is possible when I have purchased the most recent version of Adobe Pro which I believe includes Adobe Reader.  Please help.

I am very confused.

Hi @James31554676xtqe

Sorry to hear about your experience.

We assume you were trying to view the PDF file on the web, and such a message is displayed, "The document you are trying to load requires Acrobat Reade 8 or higher."

If you get this message while viewing a pdf in a browser, you are most likely trying to open a Dynamic XFA (XML Form Architecture) PDF. To view such pdf documents, we recommend downloading the file locally and opening it in Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat.

So first, download the file on your system locally, do not open it directly on the web.
