Could you let us know the application installed on the machine- Adobe Reader/ Adobe Acrobat?

I had a problem like this.

After a recent upgrade of Windows 10, when printing to Adobe .pdf, I would get error "... file not found. Check the file name and try again."

I solve this (took some effort) by going to Settings/Update & Security/Windows Security/Virus and threat protection/Virus & threat protection settings/Controlled folder access/Manage Controlled folder access. Then I turned off Controlled folder access. I leave this window open on the task bar and when finished printing I turn Controlled folder access back on.
