Capital "I' missing

Question

Hi- I'm using Acrobat Pro on an iMAC (OS- Somoma 14.0).  Recently when converting a word document to PDF all the capital "I'" within the document are replaced by a box symbol (see screenshot).  Any ideas how to remedy this?

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Would you mind sharing the steps you are doing to create the PDF from Word file?

Please try to create the PDF from the Acrobat ribbon present in the MS Word toolbar and see if that works.

Also, Go to Preferences (Cmd+K) > Page Display > Rendering, Select 'Use local font' > Click OK and reboot the application and check.
