Caracteres sobrescritos passam automaticamente para subscritos na ferramenta de comentário

Quando uso a ferramenta de comentário, sempre que tento sobrescrever um caractere, assim que eu clico em "publicar", o texto passa para subscrito de forma automática. Não sei mais o que fazer para ajustar isso. Nada parece resolver a questão. Já desinstalei e reinstalei o Acrobat e atualizei para a versão mais recente, mas não foi resolvido. Estou usando a última versão disponível e não há mais atualizações a fazer. (Segue vídeo em anexo mostrando o problema).

@Thais E. Since you've already tried reinstalling and updating Acrobat without success, the issue might be related to corrupted user settings or a conflict with other software. Try creating a new test user profile on your computer to see if the problem persists there. If it doesn't, this indicates an issue with your main user profile's settings. If the problem occurs even with a new profile, try temporarily disabling any third-party plugins or extensions within Acrobat that might interfere with comment formatting.

Also, I would delete Acrobat Preferences and restart Acrobat, it will create new Preferences for you. If you are doing this through the online tool, delete the history, cache and cookies as well.
