Question

Carry over fields from one form to another

I'm currently taking multiple PDFs and turning them into forms.  The content in the original PDFs is always different, but the form fields are exactly the same.  I have all the fiels spaced perfectly and calculated perfectly cross 60+ pages, but I don't want to create a new form every time.  I used to LiveCycle Designer: I had my original form, I would copy the XML and paste it into a new form, and everything lined up perfectly and it'd be done in 10 seconds.  I've been searching, but can't figure out how to replicate that type of work flow in Adobe Acrobat Pro without creating fields on 60+ pages every single time.

Thanks!

Open the file with the fields and use the Replace Pages command to insert the static pages from the new file over the old ones. The fields will all remain in tact. Just save the file under a new name when done, as to not overwrite the original.
