Center an image from a .EPS file

Recently I have to convert and combine a huge amount of .eps files (about 10.000 files), creating a pdf file of QR codes, and these codes have to be centered in the page. I have tried many things but didn't work, the QR code always stays on the left of the page. Please help!

@tu_4062 a little more information and clarification.... After converting the 10,000 eps files, how are you creating a PDF? Are you placing the QR Codes in a page layout program or are wanting to using a script to center this on a page?
