Certificado Digital IDcat

Good afternoon, 

I would like to use my Digital Certificate in Barcelona (Spain).
The Customer Support told me there was an issue with their Certificates in Catalonia and Adobe because there are in an extension not compatible with MAC.

Please help.

    Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat Application and the Mac OS you are using? Go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure its updated to the latest version  26.001.21691 Planned update, Jun 25, 2026 Go to Help, Check for updates and reboot the computer once.  

    Also, let us know if it's an IT-managed work computer or a personal machine. Please share a short video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs, so we can have our development team review it further.
