Certified Copy Freezes at 50%.

Hi All,

We have an issue with the button Save Certified Copy. After pressing it the software freezes at 50%.

Reinstalling the software doenst help.

Anyone knows any solution?

Although you did not mention which Adobe software you were using, I am guessing that it is Acrobat and have moved it from Using the Community to the Acrobat forum. Please confirm.

If the issue still occurs, share the Acrobat and OS version number on the machine. We will require logs for further investigation.
