change a logo to specific cmyk values

Just to let anyone know who had a similar issue, I managed to figure out a way. In Pitstop Inspect I was able to select the object and in Inspector under actions, I converted it to a spot colour. Then in Acrobat Preflight i chose 'map spot colour with specified name and colour values' where I could give the spot colour name, and provide the CMYK values to change it to. There may be another way, but this was the only way I managed to get working. I think the reason this worked, is that when i used the eyedropper, the logo and slight colour value variations over different areas, and even when I tried using colour range option ni Pitstop, it just wouldn't work, but using the spot colour option did. Hope it helps anyone else with the same query.
