Change default settings when PDFing a Word documents

Hello.  Is it possible to change the default settings for creating a PDF from a Word document?

Specifically, when I PDF a Word document, I would like:

  • The document magnification to automatically set to 100%
  • The bookmark panel set to automatically open
  • The PDF title to be the file name
  • All hyperlinks in the document to open a new window, rather than replace the current window.

Currently, I have to change the first three settings after I create the PDF and I have to edit each and every hyperlink in the PDF to change how the link opens.

How does you create the PDF?

Hi.  I either File/Save as, then select PDF from the drop down.  Or I do File Save As Adobe PDF.  Or Convert to Adobe PDF from Explorer.

You can't change the settings when you create the files with Adobe Acrobat.
