Change e-sign notifications

Hi we have the web based version of acrobat pro with e-sign, I set it up for my other half to use in her business. The problem is although everything appears to have her email address on, every time she sends an agreement for the client's signature the notifications come to my email address.
I cant see how or where I can change this?

Hi - has this been answered anywhere - I have the same issue - I cannot figure out how to change the notifications that get sent everytime an agreement goes out and everytime it is signed.
