Hi!

By default when I create a comment, my name is in red.

Is there any way to change this?

I asked for this to be changed and it was declined: Make comment color in sidebar match the color of the comment – Share your feedback on Acrobat DC

Sorry my friend. I feel your pain.

Hey ShantaJ,

If I understand correctly, then you are referring to the commenting name highlighted at the top of the commenting box which is appearing red in color for you?

Is it something similar to the screenshot mentioned below? If yes, then could you share the screenshot of your comment box?

https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot

Because there are very few changes that can be applied to the commenting preferences. In which change in color of the author's name is not one of them. Its picked automatically according to the document's property.

For more about commenting, you may refer to- View, reply, print comments in Adobe Acrobat

The fact that one has to go through SO MANY STEPS just to do something simple is INSANE. I hate this product it has driven me crazy and I hate that my company has chosen to use it.
