Change page layout to 2x2 from single slide per page w/o print as pdf

Hello there, my first post. Happy first time to myself

Ok I've got this question: I have a document where there is some text per page. I want to have 4 sites per page. I can do this per print->page layout->multiple->2x2.

But if I do this I lose my popup comments. So I want to change the current pdf page layout to keep my popup comments as popup comments and not in page printings.

Is there a way to do it?
