Changing Acrobat X Pro default Save as location

Acrobat X PRO - Trying to save a pdf received always defaults to C:\Users\****\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\Content.Outlook\18ZTQDDP. This is a complete waste of time. I need to change the default location to my Index folder in 'Documents'. So far no success despite all the help locations in Acrobat and google. Anyone assist?

Not possible. It usually uses the path of the last file you opened with it, but you can't tell it to use something else.

Thanks very much - I was misled by the many replies to my Google post saying it was, but the laptop displays didn't tally with the instructions! The nearest I can get is C:/ from the Left hand side menu. I don't know why Adobe doesn't make it easier for users!
