Question

Changing all the links

I have a number of pdf files on a site.

The files contain several links to videos in the same folder on the site.
I want to move everything to a hard drive and there want to be able to see everything without changing all the links manually.

Does anyone have a suggestion?

Are this relativ links?

This doesn't require a stand alone tool.  It could easily be done with a plug-in.

OK, yes, that's another possibility, but either way it requires custom development, or purchasing an existing tool that does it (maybe EverMap has something like this)... "Easily done" is subjective, I think.

I looked, evermap has this for bookmarks, but not links.

This can't be done automatically within Acrobat. It will require using a stand-alone tool to not only edit the location the links are pointing to, but also the kind of action they perform (from opening a web-link to opening a local file).

I've developed similar tools for my clients in the past, and would be happy to create one for you as well, for a fee of course. You can contact me privately via [try6767 at gmail.com] to discuss it further.
