changing check box to text bug

Question

When i attempt to export an Adobe Acrobat document, it is converting checkboxes to text.  this happens in Word and Foxit.  How can I fix this?  I have the latest version 2024.002.20759

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive please download it to your computer locally and then try again.

Also share the PDF file in question and a small video recording of the steps you are doing so that we can check it at our end.
