Changing colours on a Dynamic Stamp (Acrobat and Reader)

The Dynamic Stamp for "Approvals" is exactly what I need in every way except the colour.

Is there a (hopefully simple) way I can edit (or copy then edit) the existing Approved stamp to change the green used on the border and in the colour gradation across the stamp? I need a specific green to match my company's branding.

You can use Illustrator to change the colors used in these stamps. A while ago, I wrote up a tutorial about changing the text in a dynamic stamp, but you can also use Illustrator's features to change the background and text colors.

I don't have illustrator, but chose a different dynamic stamp that was longer. I have the stamp ready, but

1. cannot move the stamp to the dynamic stamp folder. the system will not allow me to move it there and suggests I save it to another folder.

2. I saved the new stamp to my desktop and tried to insert it into a pdf. That works except the text is the original text and not the text I replaced the original text with.

Do you have any suggestions?

Hi Alc,

Apologies for the delay in response.

As you were experiencing issues with changing the colour of the dynamic stamp. This option is yet not available, the stamp designer selected the colours that are used for the stamp. For more information, you may refer to a similar discussion here -  change the colour of stamp (Edit PDF)

To create the stamp, you may also refer to the Adobe help article here - Create a custom dynamic stamp using Acrobat DC

To request for this feature you may follow the link - https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html

Let us know if you need more information.

Regards,

Amal

I followed the instructions to create a dynamic stamp by copying a page. My new stamp is longer than the original one, but I am unable to drag the fill color to cover the new stamp.

Do you have any suggestions, using another tool, as I don't have illustrator.

Thank you
